Shipping Orders

Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays). We will ship your order within 3 - 5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 7 business days for East Malaysia, of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified at the time order is placed or receive an email notice, that an item is on “delayed shipping” status.

Note: This does not apply to pre-order items.

Shipping For Pre-Orders Items

When a popular item on our Site sells out and is in high demand, we often bring out a pre-order to allow our customers to secure the stock. The pre-order wait time varies between 3-4 weeks. Once the items are back in stock, we will ship to you as soon as possible.

To avoid confusion, it is always best to order a pre-order item on its own. If you add an 'in stock' item to your order, it will not be sent out early and will be delivered with your pre-order.

Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. You represent and warrant that all contact and shipping information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to info@rockqueen.com.my.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the user) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Free shipping is provided according to the latest offer that we publish on our Site.

Standard Shipping

Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered between 2 to 3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3 to 5 business days for East Malaysia after shipment.

Self-Pickup

You can pick up your order once you receive the "Order ready for pickup" notification in the email provided during the purchase process. For the facilitation of the pickup process, we kindly request that you contact us at +60197567912. Prior to your arrival, we require presentation of your proof of confirmation email for the collection of your order. Pickup services are available exclusively during our operational hours from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your adherence to these procedures is greatly appreciated as we endeavor to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you with your order.


Delayed Shipping

Please be aware that delivery of the product to you might be delayed due to unexpected changes in product production, logistics or other issues outside our control (such as the COVID-19 pandemic and government interventions). If the delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will be under no liability to you for such delay. We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible.

Risk of Lost

All items purchased from this Site are made pursuant to the shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such item passes on to you upon the delivery of the product. We will not be liable for purchased items loss or destruction en route.

Events Beyond Our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including‚ without limitation‚ government interventions, strikes‚ lock-outs and other industrial disputes‚ breakdown of systems or network access‚ flood‚ fire‚ explosion or accident.
